Perched 25 floors above downtown Louisville, Al’s Table offers an intimate semi-private dining experience for up to 10 guests. This exclusive space provides breathtaking views of the city skyline and waterfront, making it an ideal setting for birthdays, anniversaries, or small business dinners.

Full Rotating Floor

For truly show-stopping occasions, Swizzle offers the option to reserve the entire rotating floor for your private event. This exclusive buyout is available for groups of 30 or more guests and provides three hours of uninterrupted access to Louisville’s most unique dining experience — complete with panoramic skyline views as your backdrop. Enjoy the entire space to yourselves as you celebrate, mingle, and dine in style.

Private Dining Room

For those seeking an entirely private setting, Swizzle’s Private Dining Room accommodates up to 28 guests, making it ideal for corporate dinners, milestone celebrations, or larger gatherings. This elegant space offers stunning views of downtown Louisville and the Ohio River. The room is equipped with AV capabilities for presentations or speeches, and personalized service ensures a memorable dining experience.

Chef’s Tables

Located in the heart of the main dining room, our Chef’s Tables offer an inviting setting for groups of 12 to 18. Enjoy vibrant restaurant energy, attentive service, and sweeping window views of the city and river—all from a spacious table just steps from the action. While not a private or rotating space, the Chef’s Tables are perfect for lively gatherings that want to experience Swizzle’s signature hospitality and atmosphere together.

How to Book Your Private Event

Planning your private dining experience at Swizzle is simple. Whether you’re hosting an intimate celebration or a business dinner, our team is here to ensure every detail is handled with care.

Booking Process:

  1.  Submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) at least two weeks before your event using the form below.
  2. Our Restaurant Sales Manager will respond within 24–48 hours to discuss availability, menu options, and event details.
  3. Once confirmed, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
  4. The final guest count and menu selections are typically due five days before the event.

What days and times are private events available?

Private dining is available for dinner service only, Monday through Saturday.

There’s no rental fee, but minimum spend requirements do apply. Please contact our Restaurant Sales Manager at jpike@galthotel.com for more information.

Yes, decorations are welcome, provided they have approval from our Restaurant Sales Manager. Please note: glitter and confetti are not permitted.

Absolutely — we welcome guests of all ages.

Cancellations are typically refundable up to five days in advance, depending on group size.

Yes, we offer a preferred vendor sheet that includes florists, musicians, photographers, and more.

We assist with menu planning only. Clients handle all other logistics.

Swizzle does not currently offer custom cakes or desserts.
