Perched on the 25th floor above downtown Louisville, Swizzle Dinner & Drinks is a retro-style supper club reimagined for today’s diner. Inspired by the glamour and charm of 1940s Louisville dining, Swizzle brings back the spirit of good food, great cocktails, and even better company—served with a side of stunning city and river views.

Our Story

Swizzle was born from a desire to revive the golden era of dining—when a night out was an experience, not just a meal. Named for the classic cocktail stir, Swizzle is a tribute to timeless hospitality, classic cocktails, and the kind of place where conversations linger as long as the drinks.

Opened in 2019 as part of a $90 million renovation of the Galt House Hotel, Swizzle occupies the space formerly known as Review. The reimagined restaurant brought new life to the space, blending nostalgia with a fresh, modern spirit.

With twin revolving floors, an open-concept kitchen, and a vibrant mid- century modern aesthetic, Swizzle combines visual flair with culinary excellence. Whether you’re here for a romantic evening, a celebratory dinner, or just to watch the city turn beneath your feet, Swizzle makes every moment memorable.
