Our Story
Swizzle was born from a desire to revive the golden era of dining—when a night out was an experience, not just a meal. Named for the classic cocktail stir, Swizzle is a tribute to timeless hospitality, classic cocktails, and the kind of place where conversations linger as long as the drinks.
Opened in 2019 as part of a $90 million renovation of the Galt House Hotel, Swizzle occupies the space formerly known as Review. The reimagined restaurant brought new life to the space, blending nostalgia with a fresh, modern spirit.
With twin revolving floors, an open-concept kitchen, and a vibrant mid- century modern aesthetic, Swizzle combines visual flair with culinary excellence.
